HOW LONG IS EACH SESSION?

Each session is 10 min and all that’s required at a minimum 1-3 minutes concentration.

5-5:10 am, 8-8:10 am, 10-10:10 am , 1-1:10 pm, 3-3:10 pm, 5-5:10 pm, 7-7:10 pm, 9-9:10 pm

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM THE EXPERIENCE?

Each experience is different based on what's going on in your internal environment. There is a connection to a healing energy within you. Most describe this connection as feeling waves of energy flowing through their body. Some feel incredibly relaxed, sleepy, energized, unblocked, (Straight and Balanced in Posture ), and feel a deeper connection to a higher reality. When you feel straight, erect, and balanced this indicates that the ligaments and tendons are relaxed taking stress off the skeletal system and this allows the free flow of the healing energy through all systems.

HOW DO I PREPARE TO RECEIVE DOWNLOAD HEALING LIVE?

1. Find a quiet place if possible, where you will not be disturbed.

2. Dress comfortably.

3. Drink 8 ounces of water before each session (water is a good conductor of energy, thereby delivering this energy throughout the body).

4. Focus, take 10 deep breaths, relax, be open, and give your COMPLETE attention to this process.

For each healing session, silently in your mind repeat: "I am open to receive this healing right now."

DO’S AND DON’T’S WHILE IN SESSION:

DO set the alarm on your phone for each session each day. This way when you hear the alarm you automatically go into Download.

DO find a quiet place within as well as without, where you will not be disturbed.

FOR BEST RESULTS, DO NOT DOWNLOAD WHILE:

· Driving a car

· Drinking alcohol

· Riding a bike

· Watching TV

· Partying

· Walking

· Talking
